Exercises for children:

- Squats
Exercises for adults:
- Push ups
- Lunges
- Crunches
Extra execises:
- Kick free
- Jump the rope
- Cardio
- Running (per meters)
ROL OF THE PARTICIPANT:
- You can participate individually or create your own team
- Fill up the format: https://forms.gle/7u2AbniYv4gHVKjx5
- Select one exercise, the one that challenges you the most!
- Find at least 3 sponsors (could be your parents, grandparents, friends or neighbors)
- Talk to each sponsor to take a pledge to donate for each repetition of exercise you will perform (minimum 5 Pesos)
- Record yourself doing the exercise. Try to do as many repetitions as you can!
- Ask your sponsors to make the committed donation.
- Deposits the donations to the foundation
ROL OF THE SPONSOR:
- Choose a team or ask us to introduce you with a specific participant
- Take a pledge to support your participant with a minimum of $5 MXN per repetition of the exercise he/she will perform
- Once you receive the video from your participant, make the committed donation of total amount via Donorbox from our web page: https://icarefoundation.mx/donate/
